Like many people fresh out of school, I wasn’t entirely sure where my career would lead. With only a high school qualification, a corporate environment felt out of reach. So, when I was offered my first office role as a Business Coordinator, I approached it with gratitude, determination, and a willingness to learn.
From day one, I brought the mindset that has shaped my career: take pride in every task, give more than what’s expected, and treat each opportunity as a chance to grow. That role became a turning point. I discovered how much I genuinely enjoy supporting others—helping teams stay organised, focused, and effective.
