Marie Spanoudakis is an Administrative Assistant at Dohnt & Co.
Marie brings experience across human resources, administration, and business support, having worked across a range of industries, organisational settings and team environments. She began her career in human resources administration with CSR Building Products, developing a strong grounding in people, process and workplace operations.
Over the course of her career, Marie has supported both operational and project-based work across local and global environments. She brings a practical, people-centred approach, with a particular interest in helping teams work well together and ensuring that important details are followed through.
At Dohnt & Co, Marie supports the team across administration, coordination and day-to-day office activity.
Marie holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Honours) from Western Sydney University.

At sixteen, I told my dad I wanted to work with people. A few years later, I began my career as a Human Resources Administrator with CSR Building Products. It was my first real introduction to the world of work, and where I learned the ‘ABCs’ of human resources. The relationships I built there, and the memories from that time, have stayed with me.
Since then, I have worked across different industries, teams and business environments. That experience has helped me understand how much people can grow when they feel supported, listened to, and encouraged to bring their best selves to work.
Over the past decade, growth and development have become increasingly important to me, both personally and professionally. I have learned that the better I understand myself, the better I am able to understand and support others.
At Dohnt & Co, I bring warmth, care, and authenticity to the team. I enjoy getting things done, supporting the people around me, and building meaningful connections with colleagues and clients.
Human behaviour has always intrigued me. Over time, I have realised that understanding others starts with understanding myself.
